Presenting at ICF Expat/Intercultural SIG

I have been invited to present a case study at this month's meeting of the International Coach Federation's Expat/Intercultural Special Interest Group on January 11th at 10 am EST (4pm CET).

"The Most Awesome Adventure Ever" analyzes a real case of coaching a family relocating to China pre-departure throughout the assignment. We will analyse the effectiveness of different coaching techniques and the need to distinguish training from coaching needs. How can we built trust when coachee and coach communicate across different time zones and cultural boundaries.

This call will also give ICF members the opportunity t discuss how ICF competencies can help coaches gain confidence in a challenging coaching environment.
